are discretely marked so your privacy is protected up to the
moment your order arrives. All
orders are shipped via air by the US Postal Service.
Shipping is automatically calculated when your order is
placed on-line. All orders under $100 include a base $5.50
shipping charge. Orders valued between $100 and $199.99 include
a $7.50 base shipping charge. Orders valued at $200 and above
include a $9.50 base shipping charge. There is an additional
handling charge of 99 cents for each individual product not
included in multiple piece promotional kits. There is a handling
charge of $1.96 for each multiple piece kit (Starter Kit, Groom
& Define Kit, and Conceal Kit) .We're sorry we no longer
ship to APO addresses.

Lost
or Stolen Packages
US Postal Service (US PS) tracking numbers are assigned to all
outgoing packages. Refunds are not available on lost or stolen
packages if US PS documentation verifies that your package was "delivered"
successfully. When placing an order please make all necessary
arrangements so that your package is accepted or properly
secured even if you are not available to receive it. If you live
in a multi unit building or at a location where public access is
frequent, or if your mailbox is too small to receive large
packages, and/or you are unavailable at the time of delivery,
please make arrangements with a second party, such as a building
manager or neighbor, for acceptance of your package.
