Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges on products are accepted within 30 days of delivery (US and Canada only). Sorry, no returns on International orders, exchanges only. Refunds and exchanges valued over $250 are not available. Returned items must include a legible receipt and a return authorization number. Contact our Customer Service Center at studiohelp@studio5ive.com to obtain a return authorization number and easy instructions for returning or exchanging product(s). Include in your e-mail correspondence your name, shipping date, and product name. Attachments to e-mail cannot be accepted. Refunds available on individually ordered items and complete kits only. Sorry, no refunds or substitutions on the CD-ROM program or individual items from multiple piece kits. In the case of a damaged item or an incorrect color shade, exchanges can be made on items from multiple piece kits. Only one item from a multi-item-purchase of a product (2 or more) may be returned or exchanged. (Please select your product carefully when ordering more than one.) All credit/debit returns will be refunded to the original purchase card or PayPal account. Please allow 20 days for us to process your refund. Damages from shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will gladly refund any shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. packages cannot be accepted. US PS Signature Confirmation may be required on orders exceeding $200 in value, or orders delivered to a multi-unit building. An email will be sent to you if US PS Signature Confirmation is required. Heavily used items cannot be returned. All returned items are destroyed.
Secure On-line Ordering
Studio5ive Skin System provides the highest level of secure on-line ordering. All credit/debit card and personal information is transferred, processed, and briefly stored on our secure server. Following the transaction, all information is deleted from the server.
Privacy Policy
All of your information, including name, address, and e-mail address are held strictly confidential and will never be sold or distributed to anyone. For your convenience, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. at studiohelp@studio5ive.com if you do not want this order notification service.
Lost or Stolen Packages
US Postal Service (US PS) tracking numbers are assigned to all outgoing packages. Refunds are not available on lost or stolen packages if US PS documentation verifies that your package was "delivered" successfully. When placing an order with Studio5ive, please make all necessary arrangements so that your package may be accepted or properly secured even if you are not available to receive it. If you live in a multi unit building or at a location where public access is frequent, or if your mailbox is too small to receive large packages, and/or you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please make arrangements with a second party, such as a building manager or neighbor, for acceptance of your package. US PS Signature Confirmation may be required on orders exceeding $200 in value, or orders delivered to a multi-unit building. An email will be sent to you if US PS Signature Confirmation is required.
